Mission Trip

I miss the children at Raub, the villages on the hills, cooking and chatting with the women on the villages...

(this is a super overdue post)

I went to Raub a couple of weeks ago and I was expecting the worst: Getting insect bites, leeches, not being able to sleep or bathe, feeling extremely tired.. etc. HOWEVER it turned out to be a trip that I will never forget (in a good way hehe).

The children at the center were lovely. They enjoyed our company and the little things that we do. They are happy even if we don't do much but just play with the bubble gun. *blow bubbles*

There's one lil boy name Shadan who truly touched my heart (lil boy on the left of the pic). You can't see from this pic, but he walks with his hands because his legs were amputated when he was young. I managed get to know him more while the rest of the children were having their telematch. Hope he is well!

I don't know if I have left my footprint in their hearts, but they have certainly left theirs in mine.
