It takes two

I was thinking about how much God loves me
Then I started thinking about how much God loves my family, my prayer partners+bestfriends, my CG members, my church...
Then I started to think...
How much God loves the entire world
Those in the past, present and future...

It was a one-way love to those who don't believe.
He loved us first, before we even know him.

Doesn't that sound a lil crazy?
I hear my friends talking about love. How they don't wanna wait anymore for the person they "love" because they are not being loved in return. It is ok :) Because all of us are human, our love aren't perfect like God's love.

Only one person's love is perfect.
He is the one who died for us.
He doesn't mind waiting for those who doesn't love Him back

Imagine when we love one person who doesn't love us back? Worst if that person even hates us... Imagine the feeling.. Now put yourself in Jesus' shoes (sandals)

Be thankful that you're being loved by one man who will not give up loving you :) it takes two to build a relationship.

Here's what Ravi Zacharias said about the differences between God's love & a human's love (paraphrased): When i love a person, and that love is not returned, i hurt because i lost something. When God loves us, and that love is not returned, God hurts because we lost something.
